Physical Therapy of Menifee is an in network preferred provider for most insurance companies. Physical Therapy of Menifee accepts Medicare, PPO and select HMO's. The following is a partial list of the insurance companies currently contracted with our office:

Physical Therapy of Menifee is dedicated to your smooth and convenient rehabiliation process. We will work with your insurance company to determine your eligibility and the services covered. Affordable cash rates are also available for those who do not have health insurance.
